Has anyone purchased a drone from this website?

Can’t realy help bur I don't see them as an authorised DJI vendor when I do a search.
Hopefully someone will know them.

I am looking to buy an Air 2, and I found a good price on this website, but am wondering if it’s a legit site...

Anyone know?
I couldn't find any reviews, and their contact email is @gmail (BIG red flag for me)
also looking at their website I did notice this:
One would think they would be more careful with their public image

Well... those Trust reports say it all. Thanks. I couldn’t find anything on them before posting the question, but am sure glad to get such a quick response on this forum before I took the chance. I am truly grateful.

They're advertising the Spark. DJI is not selling that drone in the US any longer for what that's worth.

Welcome to the forum, Bill!

So glad our fellow forum members steered you away from a non DJI reseller. You can check out some of our forum vendors here: Advertisers
From what I read in the Mavic Air 2 section, it seems like Dronenerds really took care of our members back when the MA2 first shipped in May.

Torcan has done the first couple of checks I'd do when investigating a website, have a look at the whois record and see how recently it's been created and check the contact information which is often obviously fake or incorrect. In this case I can't see any 'About Us' or any information on the company at all. It's not definite and can exist on genuine sites but something I've noticed is very common on scam websites these days is some sort of timer suggesting it's a flash sale ending within a couple of hours.

The most common giveaway is that the prices are far too low and usually across the entire range, while it may be feasible for an store to be selling an older discontinued model at a lower price they're not gong to be selling the entire range at a high discount. With drones being popular unfortunately they're also popular with scammers so I'd always be very cautious of an unknown shop but far more so when they're only selling drones or other similar popular items.

The old adage if it's too good to be true it probably is definitely a good frame of mind to be in.

Buy from DJI. No worries if you buy from them and will start building your i store credit.

If your in the U.S then Best Buy and Apple are the safest as they have good return and exchange policies for defective items

Buying overseas is a risk as the return for warranty gets messy

I work in the online counterfeit detection and enforcement industry. This is one of THE biggest counterfeit/fraud indicators, and as others have noted, this site contains many other red flags. AVOID.

I would add B&H which is a Big photo products retailer. They always have the lowest manufacturers price,, good return policy, and if you take their Payboo Credit card offer, you don’t pay the sales tax, as it appears as a credit on the card.

They are my primary supplier for camera stuff, and have been for 20 years.

Trotter's Independant Traders foiled again, lol
Unless an American had seen the BBC show Only Fools and Horses, they wouldn't understand "Trotter's Independent Traders" Good ole Dell Boy.
