I got the 1.1.6 version on Android, but haven't flown with it yet to experience the changes. I never had DJI Fly crash so that is not an issue for me.
The battery symbol is now moved to be the leftmost symbol. It is a circle with a gray background showing green for battery remaining and red for battery used with a number in the center reflecting the percentage. Although the number can still be a little hard to read against a light background, the colored ring is very easy to see. I suppose the number will turn red at 30% so it will stand out more. It shows the time remaining beside the battery symbol. Maybe they have improved the calculation of time remaining?
There is now a Settings>Control section called "Advanced Gimbal Settings" which allows setting Pitch Speed, Pitch Smoothness, Yaw Rotation Speed and Yaw Smoothness for each of the modes (Normal, Sport and Tripod). The Smoothness options seem to smoothly introduce control movements even with jerky stick movements, obviously for better cinematic effect at the expense of instant response.
The aircraft firmware remains at 01.00.0250 and the FlySafe database at 01.00.01.18.
